– Take part in training course for new agents lasting 1-3 months
– Take part in software development projects after being trained
Requirements:
– Graduated from any technological universities or equivalent to that
– Have firm basic knowledge, be expert in at least 1 programming language (Java,.Net )
– Have good self-education, good mentality and have ability to bear high working pressure
– English or Japanese is a plus
