Jobs:
– Join in all activities of implementation: proposing technical solutions for product features, coding, code review, unit test, and bugs fixing.
– Join in all activities of Scrum: meetings of planning, daily scrum, grooming, and the demo & retrospective.
– Update the work status and escalate the team’s impediments in the daily scrum.
– Effectively communicate with others to resolve the impediments and also follow up them.
– Contribute in building up a feature design document with a coordination of Product Owner and Product Designers.
– May be in charge of developing a solution into a detailed design and coordinating to collect the estimation from the team.
– May be in charge of coaching the new-comers in certain components.
– May support other teams (Product Design, Product Management, QA, Product Support, Training, etc.) as requested.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
– At least 1+ years of application development experience.
– Proficiency in OOP, Java programming language, J2SE, and Swing.
– Basic knowledge about C++ programming language and ability to write a C++ program using Visual C++.
– Familiar with Mac OSX and Linux (RHEL).
– Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, to build consensus.
– Definitely a plus if having:
o Proven experience with the JAVA/J2SE/J2EE development environment as well as products such as Eclipse, SVN, TFS, ANT, Maven
o Understanding about Design Patterns and ability to apply these patterns into technical design.
o Understanding about J2EE patterns and frameworks (Spring, Strut, Hibernate, etc.)
o Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
o Experience with Relational database tools and concepts, including the following: PL/SQL, SQL/XML, XSLT, XPath, XQuery and Oracle Databases.
o Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 eco-system: Visual Studio, TFS, MTM
