KINH NGHIỆM / KỸ NĂNG
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION?
* +3 years of experience in software development
* Strong background with software development, methodologies and tools
* Familiar with programming languages: C# or Java
* Knowledge of several development methodologies and techniques (OOAD, UML, RUP, Agile, Scrum etc.) and wanting to keep this knowledge up-to-date
* Able to work directly with clients (external and internal) on project scope and specifically delivery
* Good spoken and written English communication
* Personal skills: team-work, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical thinking, creativity, proactivity
* MCAD or MCSD certificate is a plus!
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
