• Work in Scrum team (5 to 9 developers) to develop software products in various types of web application, enterprise application or web services using Java, J2EE and other related technologies/frameworks
• Daily cooperate with Product Owner to clarify requirements, initiative solutions and develop deliverable software in the iterations of Scrum
• Be involved in every phases of Agile software development includes planning, estimation, developing and continuously delivering software
• Self-assign tasks and fully be responsible for quality/quantity of delivered result. Self-determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to Product Owner

Job Requirement
• Have background in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalents
• Have fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have solid fundamental of OOP, data structures, algorithms and software design
• Be proficient with HTML, Java Script, CSS plus all front-end web related technologies
• Have extensive programming experience in Java, J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSPs, JSFs, JPA, JMS, Web Services…) and Spring framework
• Have good knowledge of SQL, experience with Oracle, PostGres and MySQL
• Be familiar with web servers, application servers such as Apache, Tomcat, Geronimo
