Your Skills and Experience:
Must have:
– Proficient in English communication, can communicate directly with customer via conference calls, Skype, emails.
– 1 – 5 years of experience in J2EE technologies
– Strong OOAD knowledge, Java core, design patterns
– Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, Database (SQL, Oracle)
– Experience with Web Service (SOAP and RESTful)
– Experience with build tools (Ant, Maven …)
– Experience with load testing, profiling tools
– Willing to go onsite (US) when requested

Nice to have:
– Know basic UNIX (or keen to learn basic UNIX in some hours)
– Unit test using JUnit, JMock, etc
– Experience with JBoss 4.2.2
– Experience with JMS
– Experience with caching
– Experience with continuous integration
