– As Tester of the Back-End team you will be in charge of all testing activities from Test Analysis and Test Cases design to Execution and defects logging.

– Ensure high Quality through review, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Automation Testing.

– You will write Automation scripts to speed up the Test Execution process as well as to perform the Non-Regression Test sessions.

– Work in Agile team (5 to 9 developers) to ensure that the software products in various types of web application, have been properly tested and all defects logged and fixed (re-testing).

– Be involved in every phase of the Agile software development process, including attending the daily sprint, the sprint planning meeting and the demo session. You will also be able to plan and estimate your work effort.

– Self-assign tasks and fully be responsible for quality/quantity of delivered result.

– Meet with business partners to understand business needs.

– Conduct root cause analysis and complex performance tuning.

* Job Requirements

– 2+ years of professional Testing experience, preferably in mobile applications.

– Experience with Test Analysis and Test Case Design.

– Experience with the identification and creation of Test Data.

– Familiar with both White Box and Black Box testing as well as performance testing (Stress, Volume, Load).

– Manual Testing.

– Familiar with Non-Regression Testing. Strong Automation Testing skills.

– Able to run tests and analyze the results.

– Defects logging.

– Experience with producing Test Progress and Defects reports.

– Experience with Scrum, Agile methodologies and good documentation skills.

– Strong commitment, integrity, proactivity, positive thinking and a good team player.

– Able to work independently, proactive, strong self-learning skills.

– Programming languages: Java, Javascript, Groovy.

– Tools: JIRA, MS Excel.

– Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). NoSQL (MongoDB).

– Operating Systems Mobile: iOS, Android.

– Operating Systems: Win 2k/Xp/7/8, Mac OS, Linux.
