What You Will Do
• Join and Develop projects with PHP language.
• Team work under the assignment of project manager.
• Research new technologies in web and server.
• Creatively, suggest ideas for product development of companies.
What You Are Good At
1. Technical Skills:
• 2+ years experience coding in PHP
• Knowledge of AWS web services, API.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and Design Patterns.
• Experience about Scrum and Sprint . Experience with MySQL, database design, query profiling and optimization
• Experience with at least one of the PHP frameworks (Laravel, cakePHP…)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledgeable and good use Git, bitbucket;
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Know Japanese is an advantage.

2. Human Skills:
• Good Problem Assessment/Problem Solving skills.
• Ability of learning new technical skill.
• Ability of team working.
• Having the ability to work autonomously and teamwork abilities.
• To actively learn new techniques and have the ability to acquire a flexibly.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
