* Responsibilities/ Job Description:
– Analyses system requirement and review specifications
– Develops OOP code base for Web application using PHP framework: FuelPHP, Laravel etc.
– Designs system component and determine production environments.
– Creates solutions for high-level requirement.
– Works closely with project manager and UX designer.
– Ensures Unit testing is done for all developed code
– Does code-review and optimizes system performance.
– Leads a small technical team (3-5 members) for assigned project.
– Reports to PHP team manager, and proactively contribute to skills building activities for members in the team.

* Required Qualifications & Skills:
– At least 3-year experience as a Web developer.
– Strong knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Oracle, PostGres.
– Familiar working with Linux.
– Experienced with PHP development framework: FuelPHP, Laravel, Zend, etc.
– Solid knowledge and experience about OOP and MVC model.
– Good knowledge or experienced with Redis, Cache, NodeJs, LESS/SASS/SCSS, Jenkin, AWS (EC2, S3, …), Agile/Scrum.
– Experienced working with source version control (Git is preferred).
– Good teamwork and communication skill.
– Good time management and problem solving skill.
– Able to coach and mentor junior members.
– Good learning attitude, professionalism and high sense of responsibility.
– Japanese speaking is a big plus.
