As a Bridge Software Engineer, You will, together with a team of dedicated professionals, be responsible for helping Company achieve significant goals with specific duties:
• Communicate with Japanese clients on all project-related matters.
• Analyze, clarify and transfer client’s requests and requirements to project team members.
• Verify and develop design documents.
• Develop and perform test cases to verify deliverable.
• Control all inbound and outbound project’s materials.
• Manage or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project.

You are:
• BS in Information Technology, or having at least 1 year working experience as BSE
• BA degree in Japanese or Japanese skills equivalent level 2.
• Proficient in English is a plus.
• Good programming skill in .NET, Java, C/C++ is a plus.
• Experience writing document, presentation and working directly with Japanese customers is a plus.
• Logistical requirement analysis skill.
• Well-organized, creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
