– Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department.

– Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel.

– Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

– Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software.

– Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

– Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot problems with existing hardware, ensuring the entire system to run stable (computer, printer, server, network and other systems).

– Ensure the security and safety of the entire system as well as data in the company.

– Deploy new applications.

– Other tasks if assigned.

– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent .

– At least 5 years working experience of IT.

– Be able to suggest solution, implementation and major changes in the infrastructure of IT sector.

– Be able to make decision in case any serious issue occurs within the IT Department.

– Have good knowledge of Linux.

– Have experience with the implementation of the web server, such as Apache, Nginx.

– Have knowledge of deploying Load Balancer, Server Cluster systems.

– Have good knowledge of Network, the way to configure network devices (such as Router, Firewall …).

– Having experience with deploying a network system is a plus.

– Have good research ability.

– Be diligent and responsible in work.
