• Assist customers in using TA products quickly and properly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Support new functionality controls to ensure compatibility with client applications.
• Researching various technologies and products in order to leverage the best solutions for TestArchitect.

Job Requirement
• University degree in Computer Science, or a related field (Natural Science University).
• Be proactive, dynamic and autonomous.
• Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good working knowledge and experience in some programming languages such as: C/C++, Java (Swing library) dot Net (windows Forms), Visual Basic
• Good understanding of automation, hooking to libraries, reflection, access bridges, etc.
• Experience in scripting languages (Python, VBScript…) or programming languages (Java, .Net) is a plus.
• Understanding of Open Source concepts and IDE tools such as Eclipse or VisualStudio is a plus.
• Good English is a plus.
• Experience in Citrix is a plus.
• Be willing to work hard, tackle difficult issues and learn new technology quickly.
